The Path To Your New Special Home

Building your new home is exciting! With American Dream Builders INC, we are with you every step of the way and make sure you always understand the process. We use the most skilled craftsmen and proven construction technologies, in order to build only the most efficient and affordable homes in the industry.

  • Getting Started

    The first step would be to meet with one of our new home consultants to help design a home that meets your budget. Next we will meet you on your land to assess the lot conditions and where to place your home. If you don't have land we can assist you in finding the perfect property for your new home.

  • Contract

    Once the contract is written you will meet with your new home consultant to begin making decisions. You will begin with design center selections and end with a pre construction meeting to go over all of the details.

  • Behind The Scenes

    Your Builder handles so many things before starting construction including health and building permits, site plans, soil testing, and structural engineering. These are just a few of the enormous tasks involved in new construction.
